What to include in your message

Include what is relevant to your situation. Not every item is mandatory for every message.

  • A short, specific subject
  • A description of the question or problem
  • The relevant page URL
  • Your order reference, when available
  • Package and coordinates, when relevant
  • The email address used for the request
  • A screenshot when it helps explain the issue

Clear information helps avoid unnecessary follow-up questions.

KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE

Never send sensitive login or payment information

Pixels for Bricks does not need your password, complete payment-card number, CVC, online-banking login or private API key to investigate an ordinary question.

Do not send:

  • Passwords
  • Full card numbers
  • CVC or security codes
  • Bank login credentials
  • Authentication or recovery codes
  • Private API keys
  • Unnecessary copies of identity documents
  • Unrelated medical or financial information

The website does not collect card or bank-account credentials. Pixels for Bricks should normally need only an order reference, payment date, amount and the email address used for the request.

How personal information is handled

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

A real person will review your message

Pixels for Bricks is being built and managed by one person. Genuine messages are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible.

Some questions can be answered quickly. Payment investigations, privacy requests, rights complaints, security issues and complex order questions may require additional checks.

No fixed response time is promised unless a specific legal deadline applies.

  1. MESSAGE RECEIVED

Your email reaches the official project inbox.

  2. REVIEW

The question and relevant information are checked.

  3. RESPONSE OR NEXT STEP

You receive an answer, a request or an explanation.

Sending an email does not automatically cancel an order, stop a payment, remove a placement, suspend a deadline or confirm a refund.

Where a specific process or deadline applies, follow the instructions in the relevant policy or order communication.

YOUR MESSAGE AND PRIVACY

How contact information is used

Information sent by email is used to understand and respond to the message, manage relevant orders or placements, investigate problems, protect the website and comply with legal obligations.

Messages may be retained when reasonably necessary for customer service, accounting, fraud prevention, security, rights management, legal claims or regulatory obligations.

PURPOSE

Messages are used to answer and investigate the relevant request.

ACCESS

Only people or service providers who need the information for the relevant purpose should have access.

RETENTION

Information is not intended to be kept longer than reasonably necessary, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Privacy requests can be submitted through the official email address.

FORMAL MATTERS

Complaints, rights reports and legally significant messages

For formal complaints, privacy requests, intellectual-property reports, content notices, security reports or other legally significant messages, use email rather than Instagram.

Clearly describe who you are, what the message concerns, the relevant order, placement, URL or coordinates, the facts, the outcome requested and any supporting information.

An ordinary email may not replace another notification method when the applicable Terms, law or a specific process requires a different method.
